Classes

Currently running two classes a week in my private home studio in Casebrook, Christchurch, with a maximum of six people per class, I can help you reach your health and fitness goals. I have capacity for more classes too so if you and some friends want to book me in for a particular time, let me know and I’ll see what I can do to help you out.

Monday 9.30am, kids welcome

Wednesday 7.30pm, adults* only (teenagers welcome to join the class)

Pilates

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Whether postpartum, recovering after injury or surgery, or super active, Pilates has something for you!

Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice. It is a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation to promote mental and physical well-being.

strength

Predominantly bodyweight based exercises designed to strengthen your cardiovascular fitness and muscular system.
